The Standard (approx. 3 hours)

This is our core program. We cover everything your group needs to know to start playing pickleball and have an amazing time on the courts! Here’s the layout:

-       Welcome, introductions and stretching

-       Overview of the history of pickleball and rules of the game

-       Introduction to court and equipment (“kitchen”, paddles, balls, net)

-       Clinic teaching the most commonly used shots (serves, returns, dinking, volleys, etc.)

-       Games that develop collaboration, teamwork and problem solving

-       Pro-Am/Play The Pros (your staff takes on our professional players)

-       Knockout round (single elimination games for prizes)

-       Open play and competitive games

-       Wrap-up

This training takes place at client's chosen location - we can also assist you in finding a pickleball facility.

Alex Simon

Alex Simon is one of the world’s top pickleball coaches. He is currently the Head Coach at The Picklr in Las Vegas and Head Coach of The Lab in Hong Kong. As a player, he reached the #2 singles ranking in the world (Champions Tour/DUPR). Alex is a player/captain of MLP’s Las Vegas Headliners. and a member of Team USA, which will compete at the 2026 World Cup in Vietnam.

Alex has worked with some of the world’s top pickleball touring pros and counts tennis legends Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf as regular training partners. Alex has also taught players in the United States, Asia, Europe, South America and Africa.

Prior to pickleball, Alex has 26 years of experience as an events marketing executive. He and his staff are the perfect crossover of pickleball and business, and they’re now ready to level up your team!
